Khaberni - Last Wednesday, the area of Al-Manara Hill in the Jordanian capital, Amman, witnessed a violent brawl that escalated into an attack on one of the families’ homes, leading to two injuries due to assault with sharp objects, according to eyewitnesses.
The sources mentioned that the incident erupted due to a previous dispute between the parties, before a number of people gathered and attacked the home, where sharp objects were used; one person was hit with an axe in the face, and another was stabbed in the back with a sharp tool (knife).
The injured were transferred to the hospital to receive treatment, and the condition of one of them was described as moderate, while the security forces began investigating the circumstances of the incident and working to identify and arrest the attackers to take the necessary legal actions.
Social media users circulated a video clip showing footage of the assault, and the security authorities are monitoring it as part of the examination and investigation process. The relatives of the injured expressed their demands for retribution and justice, indicating that the incident left a state of fear and resentment in the neighborhood.
