Khaberni - Al Rashid Street was opened on Friday afternoon, in front of the displaced, amid the withdrawal of the Israeli army towards what is known as the Yellow Line.
Tens of thousands have begun to return to areas in Gaza City and the northern sector.
In turn, the Government Media Office in Gaza urged the Palestinian people to cooperate in order to succeed in the recovery phase following the ceasefire agreement.
It added that "cooperation and responding to government instructions are the safe way to accelerate the provision of services".
