Khaberni - American media published a document that it said includes the six core axes signed by the three parties: Hamas, the Israeli government, and the United States.
The document reveals the measures that are supposed to be taken by Israel and Hamas in the coming days.
The document states the following:
1. Declaration of War Termination
• President Donald Trump formally announces the end of the war in Gaza, with the parties committing to implement the necessary steps.
2. Immediate Cessation of Military Operations
• The ceasefire begins immediately upon the approval of the Israeli government.
• All military operations are stopped, including air strikes and artillery, and aerial surveillance is suspended in areas from which Israeli forces withdraw during the first 72 hours.
3. Entry of Humanitarian Aid
• Immediate and full entry of humanitarian and relief aid to the Gaza Strip is allowed, in accordance with the agreement signed on January 19, 2025.
• A detailed relief plan is attached to the document in a special appendix.
4. Israeli Military Withdrawal
• Israel withdraws its forces to specified lines (accompanied by a map) within 24 hours of Trump's announcement and after approval by the Israeli government.
• Israel pledges not to return to the areas it has withdrawn from as long as Hamas is committed to the agreement.
5. Exchange of Prisoners and Hostages Within 72 Hours
• Within 72 hours of the Israeli military withdrawal, all Israeli hostages — alive and deceased — are released according to the attached lists.
• Detailed procedures include the following:
(a) Hamas begins investigating the conditions of the hostages and delivering information to Israel through a joint mechanism.
(b) Within 72 hours, Hamas releases all living hostages, including those held by other Palestinian factions.
(c) Hamas delivers the remains of the deceased Israelis in its possession and in the possession of other factions.
(d) Hamas and Israel exchange information about the remains of Palestinian and Israeli victims through a coordination mechanism with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
(e) A mechanism is established to exchange information about missing or unrecovered hostages within 72 hours.
(f) Israel simultaneously releases Palestinian prisoners as the Israeli hostages are freed.
(g) The exchange of prisoners and hostages occurs in complete secrecy without ceremonies or media coverage.
6. Formation of an International Monitoring Committee
• A joint task force comprising representatives from the United States, Qatar, Egypt, Turkey, and other agreed-upon countries is created to monitor the implementation of the agreement and coordinate between the two sides.
