Khaberni - Data from the (DownDetector) website that tracks outages shows that Microsoft's productivity software suite malfunctioned for thousands of users on Thursday.
The site reported approximately 17,000 service outage reports from individuals who reported issues with (Microsoft 365) until 2:39 PM Eastern Time. DownDetector tracks outages by collecting status reports from a number of sources, including complaints sent by users about errors to its platform.
The actual number of users affected by the service outage, which helps individuals and organizations accomplish tasks more efficiently, such as creating documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and managing databases, may vary.
Microsoft 365 stated on its status page on the X platform that it is investigating reports of access issues to the services.
