Khaberni - The captain and MP, Zuhair Mohammed Al-Khashman, head of the Centrist Parties Bloc, declared that the recent rulings of the State Security Court in the cases involving what is known in the media as "missile manufacturing, recruitment, and training" represent a new victory for the law and its justice in its finest form, and embody the integrity that distinguishes the Jordanian military judiciary throughout its honorable history.

Captain Al-Khashman said that the fair conduct of judicial proceedings, and the issuance of various rulings ranging from conviction to acquittal, confirm that the State Security Court operates with a scale of precision and justice, issuing its decisions based on legal evidence and proofs, without any prejudice or interference, putting the state's prestige and rule of law above all else.

He added that the Jordanian military judiciary has once again proven that it is a judiciary of the state, not of authority, exercising its powers with confidence, responsibility, and high national awareness, praising the performance of the military judges who have carried the message of justice with all honor and integrity.

Al-Khashman affirmed that Jordan, under its Hashemite leadership, has built a judicial and legal system that is considered one of the most integrous judicial systems in the region, and that the State Security Court is a solid pillar in protecting the nation's security and preserving the dignity of its citizens simultaneously, and it practically represents that true justice knows no compromise and does not succumb to bargains.

Captain Al-Khashman concluded his statement by emphasizing that the prestige of the judiciary is a red line that is untouchable, and that the Jordanians' confidence in their judiciary is firm and unwavering, adding that what has been achieved today is a message to the whole world that Jordan is a state of institutions and justice, that does not prosecute by intentions, does not condemn but by evidence, and does not wrong anyone.
