Abu Zaitoon clarified that the fourth phase will be implemented within three months.

It is noted that the project, which has completed three phases, aims to implement traffic improvements for Army Street and Rafifan Al-Majali Street, and to create new infrastructure for the area including sidewalks, lighting, and storm water drainage, in addition to public plazas, parking spaces, urban spaces, and beautification works along Army Street.
