Khaberni - Amman Vision Investment and Development Company, in partnership with the Greater Amman Municipality, proposed 18 locations in vital, commercial, and tourist areas in the capital to implement the Smart Health Units project to meet the increasing need for high-quality public facilities services.

Under this investment opportunity, the entity to which the investment opportunity is awarded (the investor) will supply, operate, manage, and maintain the units throughout the agreement period to be signed with them later for a duration of 5 years, according to the terms of this opportunity, provided that a technical and financial proposal is submitted to compete for this opportunity.

This opportunity allows for the addition of coffee kiosks or integrated self-service vending machines in the body of the health unit, depending on the nature of the location and in compliance with the instructions, terms, and conditions of this opportunity, with the goal of enhancing user experience and adding value to the project.

The company has identified, according to the tender reviewed by "Khaberni," 9 locations for the health unit model with self-service mechanism, which are areas: (Tla al-Ali: end of Sultan Markets, Jabal al-Lweibdeh: near Paris Circle, Jabal Amman: next to the tourist police hut, Sports City: bus stop, Al-Jubaiha: bus stop at the main gate of the University of Jordan, Al-Abdali: intersection of the Interior Circle, Al-Mahatta: Al-Marbat Bridge, Marka: Al-Balqa Applied University station, Al-Jubaiha 2: parking at the University Hospital gate).

The second model, consisting of two health units in addition to a kiosk, covers 9 areas including: (two locations in Tariq: near Al-Shamal Complex and in Tabaarbour Market, The Gardens: beginning of The Gardens Market, Jabal al-Hussein: opposite Jabri, Downtown: near the Municipality Library, Sports City: near Press Intersection, two locations in Sweileh: near Sameh Mall and in Sweileh Station, Al-Jubaiha: patrols parking).

The tender also referred to a third model for 6 other mobile health units to be delivered to the Greater Amman Municipality.

The investor is committed to developing a modern digital user interface that allows users to know the locations of the available health units and their operating times, make electronic payments, send feedback and complaints, and track the cleanliness of the unit or the level of service in real time.

The company will grant the investor a grace period of 3 months from the date of effectiveness for rental payments, while it noted that the minimum acceptable offer from the participant as an annual rental fee is 15,000 Jordanian dinars annually for all locations within the project.

It also indicated that the maximum acceptable offer as a tariff for using the smart health units is one-quarter of a Jordanian dinar per use.

The significance of the project lies in providing self-cleaning and sterilizing systems that ensure the facilities remain clean throughout the day, providing service to city visitors especially tourists, the elderly, and children, offering accessible and comfortable designs for people with disabilities, reducing environmental impact, smart systems that use less water, energy-saving lighting that operates by motion or solar energy, enhancing the city's tourism image, and attracting more visitors and extending their stay in city centers.

Amman Vision Investment and Development Company stated that investors interested in participating in this opportunity can submit their proposals to the company no later than 3:00 PM on Thursday, November 13th of the upcoming month.
