Khaberni - The Israeli Home Front announced on Tuesday evening the activation of alarms in the city of Eilat in southern Israel, following the suspicion of an infiltrating drone.
The Israeli military said that the alarms sounded in the city after detecting drone infiltration, before the Israeli Broadcasting Authority announced that the air defenses had intercepted it, indicating that the drone was launched from Yemeni territory towards Eilat.
The military added in a subsequent statement that the air force intercepted the drone over the Red Sea, confirming that the incident did not result in any injuries, while the Home Front activated the alarms again in the city.
