Khaberni - Actress Ghada Adel spoke frankly about undergoing a face-lift procedure, confirming that she resorted to this step after a long struggle with old skin problems, wishing to restore her features as they were before.
Ghada Adel clarified in her recorded statements for the program "The Image" with the media figure Lamis Elhadidi, that the outcome made her feel younger without losing her original features.
Ghada Adel mentioned that she was keen on keeping her appearance natural, explaining that she asked the doctor who performed the procedure not to alter her features or make her look different from her real personality, noting that she only wanted to regain the freshness of her face as before, and not to become "more beautiful than natural," as she put it.
The actress revealed that she had previously faced problems due to the use of "permanent filler," which caused her side effects and affected the shape of her face, but she managed to correct the matter after its removal, thereby restoring her features to their original natural state.
Ghada Adel affirmed that she sees no embarrassment in resorting to cosmetic surgeries as long as it achieves a woman’s feeling of satisfaction and confidence, pointing out that taking care of appearance is as important as caring for clothes, makeup, or hair, explaining that every woman has the right to choose what makes her happy and at peace with herself.
In another context, Ghada Adel opened her heart, indicating that she might fall in love again after her previous divorce from the father of her five children, director Magdy El Hawary, if she finds the right person who possesses qualities of kindness and purity.
She added that she tried diligently after the divorce to develop her personality, emphasizing that she felt comfortable after she personally changed, away from the demands of others to change.
It is worth noting that Ghada Adel stars in the film "What's in it Anyway," which unfolds in a romantic comedy context, about a love story that develops between a retired accountant and a housewife brought together by coincidence after years of separation.
The film also stars Majed El Kadwany, Asmaa Galal, Mimi Gamal, Mostafa Ghareeb, and is written by Mostafa Abbas, Mohamed Ashraf, and Walid El Maghazzy, and directed by Omar Rashdy Hamed.
The film has made 20 million Egyptian pounds in revenue within 6 days of screening in cinemas.
