Khaberni - US President Donald Trump said that the ongoing talks to end the war in Gaza are "successful and progressing quickly," noting that "very positive" discussions took place with Hamas and a number of countries over the weekend, focusing on the release of hostages and stopping the war in the sector.
Trump explained in a statement on Monday that technical teams will meet today in Egypt to discuss and clarify the final details related to the Gaza agreement, asserting that he will continue to personally monitor the Gaza file to ensure a comprehensive settlement is reached.
The US president added that time is the deciding factor in this sensitive stage, warning that any delay in reaching an agreement "will lead to more bloodshed, something no one wants to see," he said.
