Khaberni - "Talabat" Jordan has recently launched its first cloud kitchen in the Kingdom, specifically in a vital area on Medina Street in the capital, Amman, as a strategic step aimed at enhancing the food and beverage sector, supporting local entrepreneurs and start-ups, and stimulating fast e-commerce, in addition to offering a faster and more efficient food experience for consumers.
In a comment on this matter, the General Manager of "Talabat" Jordan, Salim Hammad, said: "The launch of the Talabat cloud kitchen is part of our ongoing efforts to provide innovative operational models that enhance the efficiency of the restaurant sector and fast e-commerce, as well as embodying our commitment to innovation and supporting digital transformation within the sector, alongside contributing to empowering local entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises to expand their businesses with low operational costs, thus enhancing growth opportunities and reaching larger segments of customers in new areas, without the need for large investments in infrastructure or the presence of physical branches that open their doors to visitors."
Hammad added: "It is expected that this project will form a sustainable model to support Jordanian entrepreneurship, with clear possibilities for future expansion, in line with the accelerating global trends towards virtual kitchens and digital food delivery services."
Cloud kitchens have many advantages with positive repercussions on the operation of restaurants, as the "Talabat" Jordan cloud kitchen is equipped with complete preparations and supplied with the latest technologies, including the Pepper digital system specialized in monitoring, tracking, and improving performance, which allows restaurants to follow every step in preparing orders to ensure quality and delivery speed.
The launch of the "Talabat" Jordan cloud kitchen is part of the strategy of the "Talabat" parent brand; it currently manages more than 24 cloud kitchens and 380 operational stations in the regional countries it operates within and serves.
Cloud kitchens represent an innovative solution for both new and existing restaurant owners, as they enable them to test new business concepts quickly, at a lower cost, and they support a more efficient food supply network.
