Khaberni - The Independent Election Commission participated as an international observer in the Georgian municipal elections, represented by IT Director Mahmoud Al-Zaben, and Director of Internal Control Sultan Al-Qudah.
The municipal elections in Georgia started on Saturday morning and will continue until 8 PM, with a total of 3061 polling stations distributed across the country.
The participating monitoring team was briefed on the modern technological methods used in these elections, which included the electronic voting and counting process.
The Independent Election Commission had received an official invitation from the Central Election Commission in Georgia to observe these elections, due to its reputable standing and experience in this field.
