A Strange Reason for Heart Attacks Among Women What is it

Khaberni - Researchers have concluded a strange but disturbing and frightening fact, that there are "seasons" for heart attacks among women, where during these seasons cases significantly increase and lead to death. Interestingly, men do not experience the same phenomenon and do not see an increase in heart attack cases in their circles.

It is known that heart attacks and strokes are among the most common causes of death in the world today, and that these conditions can lead to the malfunctioning of many body organs if they do not directly cause death.

A report published by the "Daily Mail" in the UK, and reviewed by "Alarabiya.net", stated that specialized researchers concluded that "an increase in solar storms hitting the Earth leads to a sharp rise in heart attack cases, attributing this to 'disturbances in the planet's magnetic field'."

Researchers from the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) in Brazil found that women endure heart attacks about three times more frequently on days when geomagnetic storms hit the planet's invisible shield.

The Earth's magnetic field is generated by the movement of molten iron and nickel in the planet’s core, and this field protects humans from harmful solar radiation and assists animals, such as birds, during their migration.

The new study found that solar activity can affect the heart by disrupting the body's natural rhythms and stress systems.

Geomagnetic storms alter ultra-low frequency signals in the magnetic field, which may impact brain waves, disrupting the balance of hormones like melatonin and serotonin.

These hormones help regulate blood pressure, heart function, and other vital processes that may lead to heart problems if the balance is disturbed.

Luis Felipe Campos de Rezende, a researcher at the National Institute for Space Research, noted: "It should be mentioned that the number of heart attacks among men is about twice as high, regardless of Earth's magnetic conditions, but when considering the impact of solar storms, women are three times more likely to have heart attacks than men."

Solar activity encompasses all natural changes and events that occur on and around the sun, like bursts of energy and particles that may affect the Earth. These bursts result from the sun’s own processes, such as the movement of its hot gases and magnetic fields, which may lead to explosions on the star’s surface.

Solar flares and coronal mass ejections release charged particles into space, and when these particles reach Earth, they can cause disturbances in the planet's magnetic field, potentially causing widespread power outages and disrupting global communications.

Regarding how solar activity affects human health, the Brazilian team found that women over the age of 31 are more susceptible to geomagnetic changes. Specifically, women between the ages of 31 and 60 were more sensitive to these solar storms, suffering heart attacks three times more frequently on days with magnetic disruptions.

In addition to the risks of heart attacks, increased solar activity can pose other health hazards, including exposing all humans to excessive ultraviolet radiation, which can cause skin cancer or eye damage.

Rezende added: "Scientists around the world are trying to predict the occurrence of geomagnetic disturbances, but their accuracy, at present, is not good."
NASA has already warned that our Sun has suddenly begun to intensify its activity. This could lead to more severe solar storms, causing widespread power outages and disrupting global communications.
