Khaberni - Moroccan singer Jannat expressed her regret for not marrying earlier, especially to her current husband, Mohamed Osman, affirming that if she had given herself the chance to know him well, she would have been connected to him sooner.
During her interview with the media presenter Mona El-Shazly on the show "With You", she said, "I blame myself for not marrying early, especially to Mohamed, our kids would have been grown up by now."
She added that it took her 4 years before making the decision to marry, despite her husband's clear intentions from the start and his serious desire to be with her, explaining that her constant engagement with her concerts and daily travel made her life at the time unsuitable for marriage.
She noted that her fear of marriage stemmed from what she heard about men who do not accept their wives’ success, confirming, "It's rare to find someone understanding who can distinguish between your personal life and your work." She added that her husband has great confidence, to the extent that he never asked her for her phone's password throughout their eight years of marriage.
Jannat also talked about her home-loving nature, which made her husband's life more stable, pointing out that her friends prefer visiting her at home rather than going out.
Regarding her appearance at her wedding, Jannat revealed that she deeply regretted her look that day, explaining that she was not herself due to her hair color, which seemed too loud with the lighting: "To this day, I can’t bear to look at photos or videos of my wedding, I felt like I wasn't myself, and since then I have returned to my natural hair."
