Khaberni - In a commendable stance, the Qura'an tribe in the Taybeh district of Irbid Governorate issued a clarifying statement that resulted in the formation of youth groups from the tribe's sons to conduct night patrols as part of the "Olive Tree Protection Initiative"
The text of the statement follows:
Night patrols by the youth of the Qura'an tribe
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his family and companions
Allah the Almighty said:
"And those who harm believing men and women undeservedly, bear (on themselves) a calumny and a manifest sin."

Driven by our religious and social values, and out of concern for protecting the rights and livelihoods of the residents, the Future Youth Association - Qura'an tribe youth announce the launch of an initiative titled:
"Olive Tree Protection Initiative"
Distinguished brothers and respected community,
Olive is a symbol of blessing, authenticity, and long toil.
Whoever extends his hand unjustly towards it, has infringed upon a lawful livelihood, the hard work of years and the efforts of the people.
Let us be one hand,
We protect this blessed good and prevent any harm that may befall the tree owners.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"It is haram for a Muslim to violate the blood, money, or honor of another Muslim" (Narrated by Muslim)
With the upcoming blessed olive season, and driven by our social responsibility,
We officially announce the Olive Tree Protection Initiative, which aims to:
1. Preserve olive trees from any infringement or theft.
2. Hand over anyone who dares to steal the olives or trespass on others' property to the competent authorities.
3. Raise awareness among the town's residents about the importance of respecting people's labor and rights to their livelihoods.
Therefore, the Qura'an Youth Association invites all townspeople to cooperate,
unite together, and report any cases of trespass,
so we all become guardians of this blessed heritage,
and contribute to safeguarding the land, the crops, and the rightful ownership.
