On his birthday, Omar Kamal announced a new album that represents an artistic leap in his journey away from the festivals, in collaboration with top music producers.
Omar Kamal revealed his preparations for releasing his new music album, emphasizing that it represents a qualitative leap in his artistic career, where he moves away from the folk festivals style that has been associated with his name for years, to present a different style that reflects his true personality.
Omar Kamal appeared in a video clip via his "Instagram" account, coinciding with his birthday celebration, where he explained that this step is a pivotal phase in his career, saying: "Every five years I ask myself where did I go, where did I come from, and what did I do, and today I decided to announce a new stage."
Kamal mentioned that he started his career in 2020 and was able to reach his audience in Egypt, the Arab world, Europe, and America over five years, adding: "I was running to please you and satisfy the general taste and also make money, but now the time has come to present myself in a new way."
The new album includes collaborations with a selection of prominent song producers, including Tamer Hussein, Aziz El Shafei, Mohamed Yahya, Nader Hamdy, Tooma, and Rami Jamal, which Kamal considers a major challenge and a bold step in his career.
