Khaberni - The Jordanian Association of Vegetable and Fruit Exporters and Producers participated in the events of the Fruit Attraction 2025 exhibition, which was hosted by the Spanish capital, Madrid, from September 30 to October 2, 2025, with wide participation from companies and international bodies specializing in the food and agriculture sector.
The Jordanian delegation included Al Alfia Agricultural Investments, Dar Abu Abdullah Association for Charitable and Developmental Work, and Seeds of Goodness for Vegetable and Fruit Trade, as part of the association's efforts to enhance the presence of Jordanian agricultural products in international forums and to promote their quality and competitiveness in global markets.
The Jordanian pavilion during the exhibition attracted significant interest from visitors and participants, where it was visited by Her Excellency the Jordanian Ambassador in Madrid, Raghad Al-Saqa, and she was received by the President of the Association Mazen Hamarneh and members of the Jordanian delegation. The ambassador was briefed on the most prominent products displayed, and the audience listened to a detailed explanation about the efforts to develop the agricultural sector and the opportunities to export Jordanian products to European markets. In her honor, a special dinner party was held, during which she was honored in appreciation for her continuous support in enhancing trade relations between Jordan and Spain and facilitating the association's participation in international events.
The Jordanian pavilion also welcomed a high-level Lebanese delegation led by His Excellency the Lebanese Minister of Agriculture Nizar Hani, and included the President of the Agricultural Committee in the Union of Lebanese Chambers of Commerce, Raphael Dabbane, and the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Sidon and the South, Mohammad Saleh, along with several Lebanese exhibitors participating in the exhibition. The minister praised the quality of the Jordanian agricultural products, expressing his country's keenness to expand cooperation and trade exchange in agriculture with Jordan.
This participation is part of the association's strategic plan aimed at expanding into global markets, opening new marketing channels, and enhancing international partnerships, contributing to securing Jordan's position on the global agricultural trade map.
