Khaberni - The Higher Education Council has decided in its session chaired by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Azmi Governor, to approve the allowance for the following Jordanian universities/colleges to directly admit Jordanian students who have obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Certificate or its equivalent (Arabic and foreign certificates) for this year or previous years directly into the regular program for Bachelor's, Associate degrees within the minimum acceptance rate limits for each student category for the academic year 2025-2026:

This decision includes the following universities at the Bachelor's level:

* Mutah University

* Al al-Bayt University

* The following Balqa Applied University colleges: Ajloun University College, Rahmah University College, Shoubak University College, Aqaba University College, Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection.

* Al-Hussein Bin Talal University.

* Tafila Technical University.

* Jordan University / Aqaba Branch.

* World Islamic Sciences & Education University.

At the Associate degree level, this decision includes the following universities/colleges:

* The Technical College at Al al-Bayt University.

* The following Balqa Applied University colleges: Ajloun University College, Rahmah University College, Shoubak University College, Ma'an University College, Al-Karak University College, Aqaba University College, Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection.

* Tafila Technical College at Tafila Technical University.

* Associate degree specialties at World Islamic Sciences & Education University.

* Royal Jordanian Geographic Center College for Geospatial and Geomatics Sciences.

Additionally, the Higher Education Council has approved the direct/competitive admission of Jordanian students who have obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Certificate for this year and previous years into the following Jordanian universities on the regular program for Bachelor's and Associate degrees for the academic year (2025-2026) according to the available vacancies in each specialty based on the specific intake capacities, and within the minimum acceptance rates outlined in the general admission policy for the academic year 2025-2026:

* Jordan University / Aqaba Branch for Jordanian students who have obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Certificate issued from schools in Aqaba Governorate.

* Mutah University for Jordanian students who have obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Certificate issued from schools in Karak Governorate.

* Al al-Bayt University for Jordanian students who have obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Certificate issued from schools in Mafraq Governorate.

* Al-Hussein Bin Talal University for Jordanian students who have obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Certificate issued from schools in Ma'an Governorate.

* Tafila Technical University for Jordanian students who have obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Certificate issued from schools in Tafila Governorate.
