Khaberni - Interior Minister Mazen Al-Faraya circulated in an official letter directed to governors instructing them not to accept complaints related to legal and financial issues because they fall under the jurisdiction of the judiciary, and to adhere to only addressing complaints that are within their duties as specified by the Administrative Formation Regulations.

Al-Faraya emphasized the necessity of considering the nature of the administrative rulers' authorities, and the type of competencies assigned to them, to ensure the correct implementation of legal provisions and the soundness of their decisions.

Al-Faraya explained that the decision aims to reinforce the principle of separation of powers and ensure the judiciary's jurisdiction over legal and financial issues.
