Khaberni - Al Wasl UAE defeated their host Al Wehdat Jordan with a score of 2-1 at the King Abdullah II Stadium in Amman in the second round of the 2025-2026 AFC Champions League 2.
Fabio Lima scored the first goal for Al Wasl from a free kick in the 38th minute, before Saldanha added the second goal in the 63rd minute, while Al Wehdat narrowed the gap with a late goal in the final minutes.
Despite Al Wehdat's repeated attempts to come back into the game, Al Wasl's defense and goalkeeper brilliantly resisted, securing Al Wasl's second victory in the group stage and continuing their strong start, while Al Wehdat looks to recover from their second loss in the next round.
