Khaberni - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed its deepest condolences and sympathy to the brotherly Republic of Indonesia, the friendly Republic of the Philippines, the friendly Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the friendly Kingdom of Thailand, due to the earthquakes and typhoons that hit these countries, resulting in numerous victims, injured, and missing.
The spokesperson of the ministry, Fouad Al-Majali, confirmed the kingdom's sympathy and full solidarity with the governments and peoples of these countries in these painful incidents, expressing his deepest condolences to the families of the victims, wishing safety for the injured and salvation for the missing.
Al-Majali noted that all Jordanians residing in Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand are safe and unharmed, and urged Jordanians in the earthquake and typhoon areas to be cautious and to adhere to the instructions issued by the official authorities in these countries.
