The price of gold per gram increased by 40-90 qirsh depending on the karat.
According to the second pricing issued by the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry Trade and Craft Shops, gold prices rose, reaching a selling price of 21-karat gold –the most demanded by citizens– to 79.4 dinars for selling purposes from the craft shops, compared to 76.4 dinars for buying purposes.
The selling prices of one gram of gold for the 24, 18, and 14 karats, for buying purposes from the craft shops, also increased, reaching 91 dinars, 70.3 and 53.4 dinars respectively.
