Khaberni - The Arab Bank has published the names of clients and shareholders whose funds will revert to the government, should they not claim them within three months from today's date.
This announcement comes in accordance with Khaberni, based on the provisions of Article (5/b) of the law on government ownership of assets affected by prescription, which regulates the mechanism for dealing with unclaimed assets after the specified legal period has passed.
The concerned bank has invited the stakeholders to review the details of the announcement published in the newspapers mentioned above, and to take the necessary actions within the specified deadline to avoid having their balances transferred to the government.
