Khaberni - With the attendance of His Royal Highness Prince Ghazi bin Mohammed, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the World Islamic Sciences University, and His Excellency Mr. Sardar Umrzakov, Strategic Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the university and the academy, aiming to enhance academic, scientific, and cultural cooperation, and exchange expertise and research between the two institutions.
The agreement was signed by Professor Dr. Muzaffar Kamolov, President of the International Islamic Academy, and Professor Dr. Jaafar Al-Fanatseh, from the World Islamic Sciences University.
Both parties emphasized that this agreement represents an important step toward enhancing mutual cooperation between universities and academic institutions in Jordan and Uzbekistan, serving the educational and research process, and reinforcing values of cultural and civilizational exchange.
The meeting concluded with an affirmation of the deep relations linking the two countries, and the anticipation of more future partnerships that benefit both friendly peoples.
