Khaberni - The Ministry of Education has announced the names of the fifth batch of candidates for the higher diploma in teacher preparation ending with appointment at the expense of the ministry.
The ministry said in its statement that the accredited higher diploma will be conducted at "Jordanian, Yarmouk, Hashemite, and Mutah" universities.
The ministry has opened the inquiry for the names of the candidates through the following link, https://academy.moe.gov.jo/HRE/.
The accepted candidates must comply with issuing a judicial surety and receiving the dispatch contracts starting from tomorrow, Wednesday, until the end of work on Monday 6/10/2025, which is the deadline for submitting the dispatch contracts/judicial sureties to the directorate or to the ministry center.
Candidates should visit the education directorates according to the directorate they belong to, to receive the dispatch contracts stamped with the seal of the Education Directorate for the purposes of signing them and reviewing the notary for issuing the judicial sureties as per regulations.
After the candidate has signed the dispatch contract and issued the judicial surety, they must deliver the contract and the surety to the Personnel Affairs Section in the Education Directorate in three copies, one copy is for the employment department at the ministry center, and copies are kept with the candidate (one copy is delivered to the concerned university when the candidate reviews it, and the candidate keeps a special copy for themselves).
Anyone who does not review and complete the dispatch procedures by the contract submission deadline stated above is considered to have abstained from joining the program, and an alternative will be nominated in their place to fill the vacancy.
After the ministry compiles and sends the names of the candidates to the concerned university, each person who completes the dispatch procedures as mentioned above should visit the mission coordinator at the university they have chosen, bringing with them a copy of the dispatch contract and the judicial surety (the copy intended for the university).
Candidates keep a private copy for themselves for subsequent transactions (modification/cancellation of the judicial surety).
