Khaberni - Dr. Moataz Al-Qaralleh, the director of Al-Karak Government Hospital, sent a message of thanks and appreciation to the people of Al-Karak governorate, following his resignation from his position as the hospital's director.
In his message, which was monitored by the website Khaberni, Dr. Al-Qaralleh expressed his deepest gratitude to the residents of the governorate for their support and trust during his tenure as the hospital director, and assured that he had done his utmost in serving patients and improving the level of healthcare over the past five years. To my people in Al-Karak governorate
Warm greetings filled with appreciation, pride, and respect.
Furthermore,
It is one of the happiest moments in the job when one feels proud to serve his people and community, and to fulfill his duty with all honesty, sincerity, and dedication. I thank Allah for empowering me to present all that I could with determination and strength throughout the past five years, during which I was honored to serve you in two equally service-oriented positions, as Director of Ghor Al-Safi Hospital, and the Director of Al-Karak Government Hospital.
Dear people,
From the very beginning, I pledged to Allah to work towards improving the level of health services provided to its recipients, to strive hard to achieve the highest standards of care, to utilize all available resources, and with Allah as my guide and helper. It is important to mention the efforts of those in charge of the Jordanian Ministry of Health, who support the development and modernization processes, always striving to provide the best service, and making every possible effort for it.
Thanks to Allah, who enabled me over the past five years to build on what my predecessors—who had the honor of managing these two medical institutions—had achieved, and also enabled me to realize some of that vision, such as expanding medical specializations that relieved patients from the burden of referral and travel, alleviated their suffering, and attracted donors, collecting donations from companies to equip the hospital with the necessary latest devices that were not previously available, as well as directing work and effort towards the quality of logistical and health services to meet the satisfaction of its receivers. Among these, the operation of the "Cardiac Catheterization Unit", "Neurosurgery", among providing "many medical specializations" that were not easy to introduce into service. Therefore, my thanks continue to the Ministry of Health, whose officials we respect and appreciate greatly, thanking them for their support of the aforementioned hospitals.
Dear generous people,
Agreements were signed with Mutah University "The Sword and the Pen", as well as with "The Royal Medical Services", and I witnessed the significantly positive impact of these agreements in enriching the hospital with specializations, and the professional medical staff, which has transformed Al-Karak Hospital into a beacon of science and a regional hospital.
Because it’s Al-Karak, for its people, visitors, guests, and all who pass by, they deserve from me, and from everyone who is honored to bear the responsibility of service in it, and in any service position in this nation, all that is new and distinguished.
Dear people, loved ones, colleagues, and companions,
After all this, I find myself in need of being away from management, which I never saw as a burden, but as an honor. Now is the time for me to step down from its saddle, having cleared my responsibility before Allah, the authorities, and you all in a journey that knew neither tiredness nor fatigue.
In conclusion,
I extend my profound gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Health for accepting my "resignation," appreciating the role of the esteemed "Secretary General for Technical, Administrative, and Specialty Affairs."
And I must not fail to thank the medical and administrative staff at Al-Karak Government Hospital and Ghor Al-Safi Hospital, whom I have known closely, for their efforts behind the scenes.

May Allah protect Jordan, keep it a support, and preserve His Majesty our beloved King and his trustworthy Crown Prince.
