Khaberni - The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the names of students nominated for foreign scholarships for the academic year (2025-2026) during the third nomination session on Sunday, 28-9-2025, through the website of the Directorate of Missions at the following link (click here) and also by sending text messages to the nominated students on the phone numbers they provided when applying.
The nominated student will be given only (12) hours to decide and electronically implement their decision to accept the scholarship they have been nominated for, or to reject it, through the electronic software pre-prepared by the ministry for this purpose. In case of acceptance of the nomination, the student must complete the necessary documents within 48 hours by visiting the ministry / Directorate of Missions / Department of Overseas Studies and Cultural Agreements, otherwise, they will lose their right to the nomination.
Additionally, any student not nominated can view through the software the names and averages of the students who have been nominated in their geographical or nominal region.
