Khaberni - The Civil Status and Passports Department announced the suspension of the Jerash Civil Status and Passports Office on Tuesday.
The department explained that the decision to suspend services was due to the Irbid Electricity Company disconnecting the power supply in the area where the office is located, in order to perform maintenance work.
The department confirmed that the employees' work hours will continue as usual, however, the provision of services will be temporarily halted during the power outage.
The department has invited the public to visit the Government Services Center in Jerash or the Civil Status and Passports Office in the Sof area to conduct their transactions during the suspension period.
It was mentioned that the office will resume its usual hours starting from Wednesday.
