Khaberni - Amman’s Mayor Yousef Al-Shawarbeh announced the opening of nominations for the first track of the “Future Leaders in Amman Municipality” program.
According to the letter directed by Al-Shawarbeh to those concerned in the municipality, the "Future Leaders" program is part of the public sector’s administrative modernization plan, aimed at achieving sustainable leadership empowerment.
The program targets (150) employees over three years from various sectors and independent departments.
The Human Resources Directorate announced the opening of nominations for the first track of the program, targeting (50) employees for intensive training programs, aimed at qualifying them for leadership positions.
Nomination Criteria:
According to the document, the nomination criteria are as follows:
• The employee’s service in Amman Municipality should be between 10 and 15 years.
• The applicant should not be over (40) years old.
• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have served at least (3) years in the sector or department from which they are nominated.
• The employee's file must be free of penalties.
• Current leadership position holders are exempt from applying.
