Khaberni - The White House, Monday, confirmed that the United States and Israel are very close to an agreement on ending the war on Gaza.
According to a statement from the White House: it is expected that both parties will agree, clarifying that US President Donald Trump will speak with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
White House spokesperson, Carolyn Levitt, told Fox News that Trump wants to see an end to the killing in Gaza and the release of all prisoners.
Levitt added: We hope to finalize the peace plan around Gaza, and we have a busy agenda today.
She continued: Trump has worked with his wonderful team to end the chaos left by the Biden administration.
Levitt said: Trump met with our Arab allies and partners in New York to listen to them and understand their concerns.
She added: The American administration has been in direct and indirect talks with Hamas throughout this process.
Levitt added: Trump is in constant contact with our friend and ally Netanyahu.
Levitt said that Hamas and Israel need to give a little, and they might leave the negotiations somewhat dissatisfied, considering that making concessions is the way we will ultimately end this conflict.
She considered that the war in Gaza must end through negotiation.
She said that Trump will speak with our friends in Qatar who have played the role of a distinguished mediator between Washington and Hamas.
She added: We hope that Hamas and Israel agree on a plan to end the war, which is what the president expects and hopes for.
