Khaberni - The Minister of Interior, Mazen Al-Faraya, visited today, Monday, accompanied by the Governor of Zarqa, the Directorate of Conditions and Passports in Zarqa, with the aim of examining the work environment and the reality of services provided to citizens.
During the visit, Al-Faraya met with visitors and listened to their opinions on the level of services provided, and exchanged views with them about any obstacles they face in completing transactions.
In this context, Al-Faraya requested the relevant parties to take immediate necessary actions to increase productivity and improve overall efficiency, emphasizing the need to provide appropriate facilities for visitors, and the importance of encouraging them to use electronic services and instilling a digital culture in the citizen's mindset.
In the same context, the Minister of Interior directed to implement a series of urgent measures to address some pressing observations, stressing the need to start the full rehabilitation of the building by no later than the first quarter of next year, based on considerations built on developing the work environment and considering safety requirements and general appearance.
