Iran Executes a Spy for Israel Here are the Charges and Confessions

Khaberni - Iran announced today, Monday, the execution of a man accused of spying for Israel, after all legal procedures were completed and the Iranian Supreme Court approved the ruling.

According to the Iranian "Tasnim" agency, the accused, Behman Choubeysel, is considered one of the most prominent spies linked to the Israeli intelligence service (Mossad) in Iran.

The agency reported, citing the media center for the Iranian judiciary, that the accused specialized in the field of databases (Database) and worked through one of the knowledge-based companies on sensitive projects and strategic communications within the country, which granted him direct access to sovereign and governmental important databases.

Investigations indicate that his recruitment process began when he participated in a specialized course in one of the countries in the Persian Gulf, where he was spotted by Mossad agents, and after a period, he was contacted by an intelligence officer through a fictitious company called ESMI, and meetings were arranged in India and Armenia, and later in Ireland where he underwent advanced training courses, and he was tasked with espionage tasks related to accessing Iranian data centers, and tracking the routes of electronic equipment supplies.

According to his confessions, he was tasked with missions including:

  • Attempting to penetrate the systems of governmental data centers.

  • Communicating with companies specializing in electronic devices and databases.

  • Collecting information about sensitive projects and infrastructure within Iran.

  • Attempting to introduce faulty or hacked electronic devices with the aim of sabotage, similar to what happened in some of the sabotage operations in the Iranian nuclear sector.

In return for his services, the accused received financial amounts, travel and accommodation expenses, as well as technical and linguistic training. He was also given advanced espionage devices, including the latest version of an operating system known as "Red Windows", which is one of the tools given only to highly trusted elements at Mossad.

Documents indicate that the accused made nine foreign trips during his recruitment period, during which he met Mossad officers in different countries including: UAE, Armenia, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Ireland, and Bulgaria, in addition to dozens of indirect meetings.

After his arrest and completion of the investigations, he was charged with corruption on Earth by spying for Mossad against Iran, and after his trial, he was sentenced to death, which was approved by the Supreme Court and carried out this morning.
