Netanyahu Israel knows the location of the Iranian uranium stockpile

Khaberni - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israel knows the location of Iran's storage of nearly 400 kilograms of enriched uranium, noting that the United States has been informed of this intelligence.

Netanyahu, in an interview with "Fox News" American network, said, "We definitely know its location. We have a very good idea of where it is," adding that Israel shared this intelligence with the United States.

According to a report from the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran had more than 400 kilograms of uranium enriched to a purity level of 60% in early summer, before the war launched by Israel against it.

To produce nuclear weapons, further enrichment beyond 90% is required. However, it is still unclear how much of this material Iran retains, and whether its enrichment capabilities remain intact after the American and Israeli attacks in June.

When asked about whether Israel, which is widely believed to own a secret nuclear arsenal, plans to seize the uranium, Netanyahu, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court for alleged war crimes in Gaza, did not provide a direct answer.

He said, "We must maintain diplomatic and economic pressure on Iran, to make it clear that we will not tolerate the resumption of its efforts to build nuclear bombs aimed at destroying my country and yours."

About 10 years after the historic nuclear agreement with Iran, the UN sanctions that were imposed on Tehran were reimposed yesterday, Sunday, after the deadline to reach an agreement between Tehran and its negotiating partners, Germany, the United Kingdom, and France, had expired.

The three European countries have reimposed the sanctions, accusing Iran of violating the 2015 Vienna nuclear agreement, particularly by enriching uranium to levels far exceeding what is needed for civil purposes.

Iranian President Masoud Bazashkian, whose country denies seeking nuclear weapons, condemned the return of UN sanctions on Iran after the "trigger mechanism" was activated, asserting that his country is prepared to face any potential scenarios, and will not accept negotiations that lead it to new crises, he said.
