Khaberni - Today, the occupation aircraft implemented a fiery belt around Al-Shifa Hospital, bombed a residential tower and more houses as part of the extensive destruction campaign in Gaza City, and simultaneously, tanks penetrated deep into several neighborhoods of the city.
Sources in Gaza hospitals reported the martyrdom of 40 Palestinians in Israeli raids on several areas of the Gaza Strip since dawn today.
The bombing focused again on the neighborhoods of Gaza City, and the raids on areas in central and southern the strip were renewed, following a day that witnessed massacres that resulted in more than 90 martyrs.
The occupation forces continued their campaign of destruction, killing, and mass displacement in the city as part of the ground assault that started on September 16th, as part of operation Gideon 2 chariots.
Violent Fire Belt
In the latest developments, a correspondent from Al Jazeera reported that this evening the occupation aircraft executed a very violent fiery belt around Al-Shifa Hospital in western Gaza City.
The intense bombing around the hospital comes amid fears of the invading occupation forces storming it.
Israeli aircraft also launched violent raids on the western neighborhoods of the city, including Nasr and Al-Rimal neighborhoods, and Al-Shati refugee camp.
The occupation aircraft destroyed Mecca Tower in Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of the city.
The intense bombing also included Tal Al-Hawa and Al-Sabra neighborhoods in southwest of the city, resulting in martyrs and wounded, as the buildings of the Islamic University were also targeted by air raids.
Sources also reported that Israeli raids destroyed several houses in the Al-Tuba area of Al-Daraj neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
The correspondent said that the occupation army did not give residents and displaced people enough time to take their belongings before destroying them.
In the eastern areas of Gaza too, Palestinians were injured due to an Israeli "quad copter" drone dropping a bomb on Yafa Street in Al-Tuffah neighborhood.
Palestinian sources reported the recovery of the bodies of 3 martyrs who fell in air raids around Palestine Stadium in northern Gaza City.
The spokesperson for the civil defense in Gaza, Mahmoud Basal, described the situation as catastrophic amid intensifying Israeli bombing and targeting residential blocks, noting that it was impossible to recover the bodies of dozens of martyrs in areas controlled by the occupation forces in Gaza City.
In central Gaza, 13 Palestinians were martyred and others were missing under the rubble after Israeli raids targeted two houses in Al-Nuseirat camp, the day after the massacre that occurred in the camp resulting in dozens of martyrs and wounded.
In southern Gaza, Naser Medical Complex in Khan Younis reported the martyrdom of 6 starved ones by occupation fire near control centers for assistance managed by "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" south of the city.
Tanks Penetrate
Meanwhile, Reuters reported from witnesses and medics that Israeli tanks heavily penetrated the neighborhoods of Al-Sabra and Tal Al-Hawa (south), Sheikh Radwan (north), and Al-Nasr neighborhood (west), approaching the heart of Gaza City and western areas of the city where hundreds of thousands of residents are taking refuge.
Palestinian sources said military vehicles advanced close to a United Nations office on Al-Nasr Street, west of Gaza City.
Palestinian media reported that dozens of Palestinians were forced to flee from Al-Nasr neighborhood after the advancement of occupation forces in the area.
The Israeli army began its ground attack it had long threatened on Gaza City on September 16th, after intensifying raids on downtown for weeks, forcing hundreds of Palestinians to flee, but many still remain in it.
Victims of Starvation
On another note, a source at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital said that a 13-year-old child died today due to malnutrition and lack of treatment.
Earlier, a source at Naser Medical Complex in Khan Younis mentioned that an infant died due to malnutrition.
It's noted that famine was officially declared in Gaza City on August 22nd, and since then, dozens of deaths have been recorded.
