Khaberni - The Vocational Training Corporation signed a cooperation agreement with Ibn Khaldun for Social Services and Consulting, aiming to enhance training areas, employment, and develop qualified national staff to work in elderly care.
The cooperation includes conducting a variety of training programs in the field of social work at all professional levels, submitting applications to donor agencies to implement projects related to technical and vocational education and training, as well as developing curricula and training materials specific to social work.
The memorandum also includes exchanging data related to the labor market and various training requirements, collaborating in networking with the private sector to find suitable job opportunities, which contributes to achieving the desired goals to serve the targeted groups, and also includes efforts to improve the efficiency of the staff according to available resources and employing qualified graduates who demonstrate excellent performance during the training.
The memorandum aims to build the capacities of national staff specialized in elderly care through specialized training programs that equip them with necessary skills and knowledge, preparing them for integration into the labor market.
This step comes in response to the growing need in the local market for professional staff capable of providing high-quality home care services, thereby enhancing the social services system and keeping pace with demographic changes in society.
