خبرني - Hilton hotels in Jordan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Vocational Training Corporation, representing the Ministry of Labor, to strengthen cooperation and create work opportunities for young Jordanians pursuing careers in hospitality.
The agreement was signed by Alessandro Radaelli, Vice President of Operations North Africa & Levant at Hilton, and Dr. Ahmad Gharaibeh, Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation. The signing ceremony was attended by Ahmed Lasheen, Regional Director of HR,North Africa & Levant at Hilton, General Managers and stakeholders from across Hilton hotels in the Jordan.
During the event, Dr. Gharaibeh delivered a presentation highlighting the core mission of the Vocational Training Corporation, which is to maximize employment opportunities for Jordanians both within the Kingdom and abroad, reaffirming the center’s pivotal role in supporting the national workforce.
This partnership reflects Hilton’s Jordan hotels’ commitment to supporting national efforts in developing local talent by offering students practical training and employment opportunities that prepare them to thrive in the hospitality industry. 
Commenting on the occasion, Alessandro Radaelli, Vice President Operations North Africa & Levant, Hilton, said:
