Khaberni -A law enforcement source confirmed to "Reuters" the death of American actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner, who played Theo, Bill Cosby's son, in the successful TV series "The Cosby Show" during the 1980s, at the age of 54 on Monday due to drowning.
Media reported that Warner was on vacation with his family in Costa Rica, and the Judicial Investigation Department in Costa Rica confirmed that an American citizen whose last name is Warner drowned after being pulled by an ocean current.
Immediate death
The department stated that Red Cross rescuers declared his death at the scene, and Warner's agents did not respond promptly to requests for comment.
"The Cosby Show," which aired from 1984 to 1992, marked a significant shift in television drama, portraying the life of a successful middle-class black family, with Cosby playing a doctor and Warner portraying his only son.
