Khaberni -The Turkish actor Emre Turon passed away on the morning of Wednesday, July 17, at the age of 53, after a long battle with cancer, leaving behind a diverse artistic legacy in cinema, theatre, television, and dubbing.
Previously, artist Emre Turon had been diagnosed with a pancreatic tumor, and he temporarily recovered before the disease attacked him again and spread to his liver, leading to his death a few days after his health deteriorated.
Although Emre Turon was not classified among the top tier of Turkish art stars, his presence was notable in many social and crime drama works, moving between cinema, theatre, and television series, in addition to his distinctive voice, which appeared in a large number of dubbing works, making him familiar to a broad audience in Turkey and the Arab world.
Turon was distinguished by his resonant voice and calm features, along with his handsomeness, which added a special presence to his roles, especially in the work that connected him with the audience of the Arab world, which is the series "Love Without Limits," broadcast dubbed and achieved widespread popularity in several countries.

The series embodies one of his most famous roles, revolving around a romantic relationship that develops between a young man working in the cinema field and selling pirated films on the street, and a girl of complex nature, amid dramatic atmospheres dominated by tensions and challenges. It was considered by his Arab audience, the last work in which Turon appeared, which gave it an added emotional value after his death.
In respect to his will, the body of the late artist was buried in his hometown in Balikesir, northwest Turkey, where his close ones expressed their appreciation for his wish to be returned to his roots after passing away. Sorrow engulfed the artistic circles and his followers, who recalled his career with much nostalgia and loyalty to his voice that had long accompanied them through the screen.
