Khaberni -The Director General of the Department of Lands and Survey, Ahmad Al-Amoush, discussed during a reception of a delegation from the Palestinian Land Authority, ways to enhance joint cooperation and get acquainted with the Jordanian real estate model.
According to a statement issued by the department on Wednesday, the visit aimed to see the latest updates and developments in the registration and technical operations of the department, electronic services, and legislative development of the laws and regulations in force.
The delegation toured the department’s facilities, which included visits to the Unified Information Center, the Directorates of Surveying Services, Computing, and the Archiving and Documentation Department.
Al-Amoush expressed the depth of brotherly relations between Jordan and Palestine, stating: "We all stand behind His Majesty the King in his bold stands to support the Palestinian cause, which receives attention as it is considered a solid national issue."
He added that the department welcomes cooperation with the Palestinian Land Authority, and harnesses all its capabilities to increase the frameworks of joint work, including expertise related to land, surveying, and settlement.
On their part, the delegation, after concluding its three-day visit, praised the unparalleled attention from the Department of Lands and Survey.
