In a case of forging Kuwaiti nationality between the year 1994 and 2024, and obtaining privileges from the state without any right.
The Public Prosecution charged the accused with forging official documents «Kuwaiti nationality certificate» and birth certificate and civil ID " all of which falsely attributed one of them to a Kuwaiti citizen, and that was by presenting forged facts as if they were true, knowing they were forged, and for that purpose, the first accused appeared before well-intentioned officials who were responsible for writing the aforementioned documents while they were being drafted, dictating false information to them.
