Khaberni -In the framework of enhancing the values of citizenship and belonging and establishing national awareness among university youth, a delegation from Amman Arab University made an official visit to the prestigious Royal Hashemite Court, led by Professor Dr. Mohammad Al Wadiyan, the university president, along with several deans from various faculties, faculty members and students from different specialties, organized by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. They were received by His Excellency Youssef Al-Issawi, head of the Royal Hashemite Court.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency the Head of the Royal Court welcomed the delegation, expressing pride in the efforts of the Jordanian academic institutions and their role in serving the country and community. He reaffirmed the firm stance of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, both leadership and people, in supporting the Palestinian cause, emphasizing that Jordan will remain a faithful defender of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. He also spoke about the national holidays and occasions that the beloved country undergoes, directing his highest greetings and blessings to the wise Hashemite leadership and the loyal Jordanian people. He highlighted the great support provided by His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, may God preserve him, to the academic sectors and Jordanian universities, recognizing the importance of education in building the future and making progress. His Excellency concluded his talk by conveying the greetings of His Majesty the head of the country to the delegation, wishing them more success in serving beloved Jordan.
During the meeting, Professor Dr. Al Wadiyan expressed profound pride and loyalty to His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, affirming that Amman Arab University stands united behind the Hashemite leadership, proud of its solid national journey and continuing its scientific and national mission. Dr. Moteb Al-Otaibi, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, emphasized the importance of this visit in instilling the concepts of citizenship and national loyalty among students, confirming that such initiatives contribute to building a conscious generation steadfast in its national principles. Dr. Al-Otaibi mentioned the deep brotherly historical relationship between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the State of Kuwait.
From their side, Dr. Bilal Abu Qadoum, Dean of the Faculty of Sharia, Dr. Mohammad Al-Shreideh, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, and Dr. Mahmoud Abu Jum'a from the Faculty of Business expressed their pride in the Hashemite leadership, which forms the safety valve of the nation, highlighting the importance of national leadership support in the educational journey and stating that this visit was to express feelings of pride and appreciation for national achievements; further emphasizing the importance of supporting national values in the educational journey.
In conclusion of the visit, the delegation conveyed the message of Amman Arab University, expressing the highest feelings of loyalty and belonging to the Hashemite throne, and pride in the beloved national occasions, such as Independence Day, the King's Accession Day, and Flag Day, affirming the university's continuation in performing its national and educational role in serving Jordan and preparing generations that carry love for the country and its leadership in their hearts.
