Khaberni - Coinciding with the Kingdom's celebration of the seventy-ninth Independence Day, today marks the launch of the official website for the martyr Hazza' al-Majali, former Prime Minister, and one of the most prominent statesmen during the founding phase, commemorating his memory and documenting his national and political legacy.
The launch of the website on this glorious national occasion is in recognition of al-Majali's immense sacrifices for the consolidation of Jordan's independence and the building of its institutions, before he was assassinated in a bombing targeting the Prime Minister's residence in 1960 at the peak of his service, thus ascending as a martyr for the nation.
The website includes a comprehensive archive that contains his biography, political legacy, testimonials from contemporaries, along with a unique collection of photos, documents, and videos, in addition to articles and studies that cover his illustrious career.
The site aims to introduce new generations to one of the pillars of the Jordanian state in its early days, highlight the national models that contributed to building Jordan with the Hashemites, and present them in a manner that documents the memory and nourishes the spirit of belonging and loyalty to the homeland and leadership.
It is noted that the martyr Hazza' al-Majali held several high-ranking state positions, notably twice as Prime Minister, and was known for his courage, patriotism, and his commitment to the independence of Jordan's decision-making, leaving his name etched in the memory of Jordanians as one of the state's symbols and great men.
