Khaberni -The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque confirmed the readiness of the Mataf area to receive the pilgrims of the Holy House of God during this year's Hajj, amidst organizational plans and qualitative services provided to the guests of the Merciful, announcing that the capacity of the Mataf has reached 107,000 circumambulators per hour.
The authority is continuously working with the relevant entities to harness all capabilities and prepare the entrances and corridors leading to the Mataf, considering the full capacity so that pilgrims can perform their rituals with ease and simplicity, in a scene that reflects the efforts exerted in serving the pilgrims of the House of God.
In addition, many entrances of the Grand Mosque and the main and subsidiary doors leading to the Mataf have been designated, and a number of doors have been allocated for services and emergencies, aiming to facilitate the performance of the rituals for the guests of the Merciful, and to achieve crowd management goals according to the planned strategies.
