12500 pilgrims from Jordan and the 48 areas head to the Holy Lands to perform Hajj rituals

Tell me - Jordanian pilgrims' groups and Muslim pilgrims from 48 began heading to the Holy Lands via the Mudawara border crossing, preparing to perform this year's Hajj rituals.

The total number of Jordanian pilgrims this season is 8,000 pilgrims, in addition to 4,500 pilgrims from Muslims of the '48.

It is expected that about 600 male and female pilgrims will depart tomorrow, Saturday, heading to the Holy Lands to join the pilgrim caravans.

In a related context, the acting embassy charge d'affaires, Mr. Mohammed Mounes, will bid farewell to the pilgrims tomorrow, Saturday, in the presence of the Minister of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Places, Mohammed al-Khalaileh, at the Giza pilgrims' city square at one o'clock in the afternoon.
