The commander of the Royal Jordanian Air Force, Brigadier General Pilot Mohammad Fathi Al-Hayyasat, confirmed that the Air Force conducted 126 flights to the Gaza Strip, including airdrop operations of food and medical supplies across various areas of the Strip, in execution of direct royal directives.
Al-Hayyasat added, during an interview with "Al-Roya" channel, that the Air Force sent 16 aircraft equipped with GPS systems to carry out precise aid drop operations to Jordanian field hospitals in Gaza, in addition to conducting 53 flights loaded with aids to Al-Arish Airport in Egypt in preparation for their transfer to the sector.
He indicated that all bases and runways of the Air Force were opened for any country wishing to deliver assistance to Gaza, affirming Jordan's commitment to its humanitarian and international role in the toughest conditions.
