Khbarini - British star Jane Seymour recently attended an event honoring her artistic career at the Merrill Streep Center for Performing Arts in Los Angeles, and she seemed to be defying time.

Despite being seventy-four, Seymour caught attention with her slim body and radiant skin, prompting comments from her fans on social media: "This woman does not age" and "As if she drinks from the fountain of youth."

Jane Seymour's Slimming Secrets

Since her teenage years, Seymour has maintained her small size "4" and a height of about 163 centimeters. When asked about the secret, she did not point to a strict diet, but to a balanced lifestyle based on moderation and smart choices, saying: "I do not follow a diet, I eat what makes me feel comfortable."

Seymour prefers the Mediterranean diet, which is based on fresh vegetables, fish, and healthy oils like olive oil. She adds that her daily diet table is not complete without tomatoes, olives, and fresh herbs.

Her breakfast is simple, usually consisting of boiled eggs and coffee, while she eats her main meal during the day around noon.

Unlike usual diets, Seymour relies on eating one main meal a day, usually around 1:30 PM, which provides her enough energy without feeling lethargic. Later, she opts for light snacks like nuts, fresh vegetables, and hummus, emphasizing that she prefers salty flavors over sweets.
