Khaberni - The events of the sniper teams shooting exercise from helicopters, attended by the French Ambassador in Amman and the commander of the Royal Guard Special Unit, concluded yesterday, Thursday, at the Royal Guard Training School.
The exercise included shooting by snipers from various distances, with different types of sniper weapons and from 'Black Hawk' and 'Little Bird' helicopters. Participants demonstrated a high level of proficiency and rapid response efficiency under various field conditions when engaging targets.
The exercise, which lasted for two weeks with the participation of members from the Special Royal Guard, the Royal Jordanian Air Force, the Royal Special Forces of King Abdullah II, and a team from the French National Gendarmerie, aimed at exchanging expertise and developing the skills of the participants in the exercise.
