Al-Bakkar said, "This agreement is in line with the goals of the second phase of the ministry's plan to organize the labor market, which includes focusing on training and qualifying Jordanian youth and providing them with job opportunities," noting that this agreement will initially provide 250 job opportunities.

Al-Bakkar pointed out that the agreement aligns with the vision of economic modernization and its executive plan, which are considered fundamental pillars in the comprehensive reform path implemented by the government with a royal vision, adding that the agreement aligns with national goals in various fields to provide job opportunities for Jordanian men and women.

He explained that the Development and Employment Fund has allocated one million dinars for this agreement, which may increase if there is more demand from the targeted Jordanian age group of 18-45 years.

Meanwhile, Sami Al-Dawood, Chairman of the Jordan Postal Company Board, said that those seeking financing through the postal platform "Post Go Employment Platform" will receive free training at the Postal Company's academy to qualify them for work and its requirements before granting them the financing provided by the Development and Employment Fund.

He added that this unique academy in the Middle East will contribute to training the youth benefiting from this agreement on work mechanisms and using the postal application.

Al-Dawood also noted that the Prime Minister has directed to provide job opportunities for youth through this joint agreement in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, the Development and Employment Fund, and the Jordan Postal Company, stating that the postal will provide them with postal orders to generate income for them to benefit from the greatly developed e-commerce sector.

For his part, Mansour Wreikat, director of the Development and Employment Fund, said that the financing amount for a single loan can reach up to 15,000 dinars depending on the mode of transportation, with a grace period of up to 3 months, a repayment period of up to 72 months, a preferential Murabaha rate, and simplified terms.

Wreikat added that the fund aims to enhance government policies aimed at stimulating entrepreneurial youth capable of managing their own projects to reduce poverty and unemployment rates.
